Billing, bugs, a feature you'd pay another seven bucks for, or something you need to get off your chest about the dealer. We answer everything, usually the same day, occasionally from a poker table.
Before you write
Half the questions we get are answered in the FAQ: laptop sleep, offline use, cancelling, why Sal is like that.
Found a bug?
Tell us your operating system, the version from the app's About screen, and what you were doing. If the clock drifted, say by how much and over how long. That's the one thing it's built never to do, so we take it personally.
