Somebody you would deal in. Nothing is sent to them. A first name is enough to seat them; an email is what an invite needs.
Groups
A group is a label and nothing more. Somebody can be in as many as you like, and deleting one leaves every person in it exactly where they were. The table behind this keeps up as you go.
